The W family

I love getting to meet new clients, new families, new personalities, and new faces!  It's always exciting because when it comes time to shoot, you never quite know what types of  dynamics a family wi;ll consist of.  I was thrilled to death to see little A get out of the car in her frilly tutu, strutting her stuff, and smiling from ear to ear like she was born ready for a photo session.  Then cute little L Man got out with his GQ look... and his ADORABLE "I love Mommy attitude"!  And then I see sweet M, the oldest, definitely the most mature, with her great style and her sly smile! Mom and Dad have a wide array of personalities... but each one so beautiful... and SO much fun to capture... and to bring out!  Thanks A and K for letting me photograph such a special family...I loved every minute of it! :)

What more can I say but that I thinking I'm the luckiest photog ever.  I have, hands down, the most beautiful clients.  This family was, of course, no exception to that rule! Wow.  Little Miss K is a model, cheerleader, actress, and beauty queen all wrapped into a completely well mannered, polite, and ADORABLE little girl.  She is one dream to photograph... then throw in an amazingly adorable little spiky haired boy.... and the fun begins!   Thank you to all the Ks....I had a ball capturing your beautiful family! 

The R Family {A Willis, Texas family photographer}

I can't tell you how excited I get when I know I get to shoot kiddos like these.. Sweet A girl and I are best buds now.... and we might just have a lasting friendship :)  We met last year and not even a soccer ball and some fruit snacks would make her wanna play with me and my shenanigans.  But we still got some great shots because you can't take a bad picture of a beautiful girl... and now I think when she sees me, everytime, she gets a huge grin.  Those are the grins that melt your heart. :)  We had not a trouble in the world with this go round.  We got lots of great family shots too... and you can always feel the love these two parents have for their adorable kiddos! :)  I love my job...

The C Family {The Woodlands, Texas family photographer}

I got the pleasure of meeting beautiful Mom, and stunning daughter last year before the end of her Senior year.  We went all around town shooting gorgeous pictures of her so I got to anticipate this shoot for a lot of months before we finally made it happen.  I can not tell you how genuine, sweet, and CUTE this whole family is.  We seriously just had a ball out there...right Jeff...lol.  I love love the dynamic of a family with kids of a variety of ages. The fun and playfulness was catching! :)  You can tell a lot of love is shared here.... and I feel very fortunate to have been able to photograph it!  Thanks... :)

The L family {A Montgomery, Texas family photographer}

About a year ago I met this beautiful family.  Unfortunately we scheduled the family shoot during the opening season of deer hunting, of all times, so in all fairness, we understand why Dad is not here!  I sure do love these 3 though.  Thanks V for letting me be your photographer.  Your little M and C make me grin from ear to ear.  I don't think I could ever tire of getting sweet smiles from my Maggie... Cayden didn't even make me work for them.. lol

Mini Sessions

Well I decided to try my hand at some mini sessions to benefit the youth group at my church. I wanted to give back using my photography as well as give Mini photo sessions a try.  The thought of orchestrating 6 or more families to fill short time slots, staying on time, and on task (ha), and getting the shots I want, honestly made me want to throw up... but after having completed it with results I'm proud of  I certainly think I'm ready to give it a go in 2011.... so stay tuned for Mini session dates!  Here are a few of the beautiful families from my fabulous church!  We all had a ball out there! :)

The N Family {A Montgomery, Texas family photographer}

I'm lucky enough to have the privilege of photographing these two kiddos twice in a season.  I love my job.  You just can't ask for a more beautiful family inside and out.  We go back a long time now... and I've loved being able to watch this family grow and how happy and loving they are.  I'm glad we got these pictures D so that you're kids can now see how loving you are to them ( for that minute) lol.  You crack me up girl! :)

Baby Z {A Montgomery, Tx Infant Photographer

I wanna squeeze him and kiss him.  He was so happy and so sleepy and so wonderfully content.  Baby Z's was the perfect little boy model complete with a little smile in the middle of the session.  He graced us all with mostly sleepy pictures but he did open that bright blue eyes a few times so he could show them off.  His big sister Z was not all about sharing the spotlight... she felt like she should have had her own photographer there... just for her, and for those of you who know me, I was just the girl to do it.  She was a fantastic little happy model and she stole my heart!!! :)  Thank you B Family for giving me the honor of photographing your beautiful family of 4!  I loved loved loved every solitary minute of it! :)  I hope you love these as much as I do...

The C Family {Sneak Peak}

Okay C Family... because I love you all, and I mean it, I'm giving you 2.  I don't know what the rest of the shoot looks like... but B... girl.... you are SO beautiful!! :)  I got chills when I took this picture of you, and I knew it was going to be beautiful.  :)  You have an amazing light in your eyes... I love your vibrance!   To the rest of you... you make me smile just thinking about you.  We'll see what else we can come up with too... but here you go! :)

I love this child... I love this child... I love this child!!!

I called her spunky... but she's more than that.  She's captivating ( in her sweet smiles, but also in her personality)  ... and she makes me smile every time a new picture pops up on my computer! :)  This is our second photography encounter... and I love having the ability to watch her grow and mature.  Thank you S family for picking me for the 2nd time to be your family photographer.  You all are wonderful... and I love love how these turned out.  The backgrounds proved to be more fall than I'd ever expected!!! :)

The G Family {A Montgomery, Texas family photographer}

It's always special to meet people in my community, close by, and fellow Montgomerians.  I'm just a small town girl, with small town  values, and I like the close-knit communities that come from small towns.  Montgomery isn't really the small town it appears to be... but we still call it small and can see a familiar face in the nearby shopping or dining establishment.  When I get to know good people, that live and work in the community... it gives me a Mayberry feeling.  And if you know me, you know that's a good feeling.  (I can probably top any quiz taker about miscellaneous facts about the Andy Griffith Show).  Yes, I'm a dork... because my Dad made me that way! :)

Anyway, back to the G family.  This shoot was kind of cool for me.  It was a glimpse into my life in about 2 years when my kids will be the ages of these precious 2.  I loved their interactions... and how playful and happy they were and I hope my two will be as good of friends as these 2 appeared to be.  Thank you Mom and Dad for calling on me to do what I saw was the first family shoot since little man was a baby!  Long overdue... and I definitely hope you love them.  Please don't wait that long again for heavensake... I don't have to tell you how fleeting our days are.  Capture every moment!! :)

The H Family {A Spring, Texas baby photographer}

This little angel has got modeling qualities at the ripe young age of 6 whole months.  I'm not sure I've ever seen a more content, happy, laid back baby,  but I guarantee she was my easiest client all year! lol  I think I just had to say her name... and up popped this amazing smile.  Wardrobe change... no problem.  Location change... piece of cake!  Thank you G and G for sharing your family with me... and for giving me the opportunity to capture sweet A in her modeling debut!  I loved, loved, loved this shoot... the images... and getting to know you all!
